We provide ongoing support to our candidates even after they are placed in a job, including regular check-ins to ensure job satisfaction, assistance with any issues that may arise on the job, and career coaching to help them achieve their long-term career goals.

Our interview coaching includes one-on-one sessions where we review common interview questions, practice behavioral responses, refine your personal pitch, and provide feedback on presentation and communication. We tailor each session to the specific role and company you're interviewing with.

For Employers

Timelines vary depending on the role and industry, but our technology-driven approach and deep candidate network allow us to move quickly. Many positions are filled within days to a few weeks. We'll keep you informed at every stage of the process.

We thoroughly vet all of our employer clients and job openings to ensure that they are legitimate and align with our standards. We also encourage our candidates to report any suspicious job postings or activity to us immediately so we can investigate.

Our vetting process includes resume review, skills assessments, behavioral interviews, and reference checks. We also evaluate candidates for cultural fit based on our deep understanding of your company's values and work environment, so you only see candidates who are truly qualified.

We stand behind our placements. If a candidate isn't the right fit within an agreed-upon period, we'll work with you to find a replacement at no additional cost. Our post-placement check-ins help us catch any issues early so we can address them proactively.
